CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment — this goes toward your service total. The remaining 50% will be charged after your appointment is complete. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I totally understand — life happens! Just please give me at least 24 hours’ notice so I can offer the spot to someone else. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment (or no-shows) will result in a 50% charge of the full service price. No exceptions.
